Who is it for?
Anesthesia: CRNAs, anesthesiologists, residents, and students in an accredited program. Every member is verified against the NPI registry, or against their program if they are a student.
Is Stage I a trial?
No. It never expires. The whole Codex, the Exchange, the Atrium and the regular Games Room stay free, with 5 questions a day from the bank, 10 Cerebro questions a day, 5 case walkthroughs a week, and 3 Board Prep modules that are yours for good.
What do Stage II and III add?
No daily limits on the question bank, flashcards, case walkthroughs or clinical games; every Board Prep module, all 41 domains; the Credentialing Vault, with the 1099 Hub and the Contract Analyzer; 500 Cerebro questions a month; and 10% off House merch. $10.99 a month or $99 a year. Stage II is the same access, paid with Store credit: each dollar you spend on House merch is a day of it.
How do I get all of Board Prep?
It comes with Stage III: all 41 domains and 604 lessons. Stage II and a Founders membership open it too.
What are the original animated figures?
274 figures our team built for the lessons and the Codex. 151 are anatomy, equipment and scans, traced one to one from textbook illustrations, device photographs and real scope and ultrasound frames, each credited on its card; 123 are charts built from measured data. Each one moves through its states with a tap, and our team made 331 narrated films from them.
What is Cerebro?
An AI consult grounded in the same library as the Codex, and it shows where each answer comes from. Stage I asks 10 questions a day; Stage III asks 500 a month.
Can my program license it for a class?
Yes. Your program pays $129 a student a year for the whole class, with no school fee, and can try it free first. Faculty get the program console: rotations, coverage, evaluations, compliance, and a review queue for every case a student logs.
Can I study with friends?
Yes. Start a study group, share its code, and assign each other questions and Board Prep modules, play live rounds and keep a leaderboard. When a Stage II or III member leads the group, everyone in it plays without limits, free members too. On Stage I you lead 1 group of up to 6, with 3 group games an hour.
Does it work on a phone?
It's built phone-first, and it's the same app on a laptop or a tablet: same account, same content, same place you left off. The iPhone and Android apps are on their way to the App Store and Google Play, and your account signs straight in.
Who can see my case log and my documents?
You. If you're in a program, its staff see your case log and whether your credentials are current, never the vault itself. Credentials and documents are encrypted, and nothing leaves your account except the packets you choose to send.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from inside the app. A Founders membership is a one-time purchase, so it never renews and there is nothing to cancel.
